スタッフさんは優しい。

禁煙室にしたが、フロア全体で空調がつながっているのか、たばこの臭いが居室におりてきた。とてもたばこ臭かった。2時間に一度は目が覚めるほどだった。たばこを吸わない人は止めたほうが良い。

スタッフの方がお客に寄り添った対応をしてくれる方が多かった。朝食のうどんがおいしかった。駅からさほど遠くない立地。

チェックインや外出後、帰る時間に門限(24時まで)があるのが不便だった。風呂が付いていない部屋なのに大浴場が使える時間に制限があり、風呂が付いている部屋にグレードアップしたが、ユニットバスに仕切りのカーテンが付いておらず、普通にシャワーを浴びたらトイレまで水浸しになり入りにくかった。ロビーにエアコンがなくて部屋に入るまで暑い。
