Taormina Stone Home

Es amplio, cómodo y limpio, tiene un buen espacio exterior. La anfitriona fue muy atenta.

Para la ubicación es indispensable tener auto, no está arriba de taormina ni abajo, por lo que necesitas auto para ir al centro o bajar a la playa.

The property was a bit outside of town, so it was a bit more chill. Hosts are amazing, we ordered their menu (homemade) it was extremely delicious, would recommend. We forgot the hazard light on and our battery drained, hosts found cables and came to the rescue before the end of the hour. Place was very well decorated and even had a hot tub, very nice at night.

It is below the highway so you can hear it outside, but the isolation is good inside, you don’t hear it at all.

If you have a car the location is ok.

It was dirty inside a funky smell in the bedroom, some mould in the bathroom, dirty plates and glasses, mess in the corners. Some stuff definetley needed replacement like the kitchen equipment, the wardrobe and the hangers. We didn’t consider the handrail safe as it was very instable. There was also a lot of noise from the traffic why it wasn’t pleasant to sit outside. The walls coups use Some new paint sinds the walls had discoloration.

The hosts are amazing people! They helped us a lot!

Location was good for getting to Taomina and surrounding area.

The property didn’t specify that right above the property there are 2 busy roads that go into the mountainside. This was ok at night as the property is double glazed but not comfortable to sit outside in the day time. The living room area should have a settee that you can relax on, the living room currently has one of the beds in. Also the table needs fixing as the end of it falls down every time you put something on it. Property could also use a kettle and some mugs to drink out of. The water pressure is not great, at time trickles out of the taps. Property would also benefit from an iron and ironing board.

Surrounding garden was very nice. The premises was comfortable in general.

Parking was worrisome. The private road was not easy to use and had to park in street ramp. It made me feel very uncomfortable as no neighbours exist but at least there were x 2 dogs guarding in an enclosure. Otherwise it was an enjoyable stay
