The host was very friendly and helpful. The communication was great. He even let us water and sodas. The apartment nice, new, everything clean. We didn’t use the kitchen, but it is fully equipped.

Cozy, clean and confortable, close to the city centre.

The accomodation is very very nice, clean, quiet, with everything you need inside, and btw the elevator is working🥳. The bed and sofa pretty comfortable, it could be a plus, some extra pillows for those with cervical problems . Also we found car parking easly near, despite the chaos in the city. And also you have everything you need like a huge market with fresh food and lidl and restaurants. The owner is very responsive and helpfull. And there was a nice feeling when we reached from aiport pretty late and found in the fridge water and juice. He really cares about his visitors.

Big, quite and clean apartment. Close to historical city centre and all sightseeings, but not crowded and safe area, with great restaurants and big supermarket next to it. Easy to reach from the airport by alibus, easy to go somewhere else (in Taormina for example) frome central bus or train station

The floors are cold, you definitely will need slippers (not provided)

The host and the cleaning lady were both very sweet and helpful

At the time of our stay they were doing some painting/maintenance works on the stairs and the lift did not work if not closed properly

Everything was as expected. I comunicated with very nice guy who was giving me all the needed information for the stay. He was answering very fast and accurate, which made my check in easy. Place was 15 minutes on foot from the most central part. It was comfortable, clean and for me was more then enough to spend good time there and have good rest when in apartment. It's not noisy at night, neighborhood feels safe. Near around there are pretty nice restaurants and the central station with all the busses and trains is five minutes away. But what I lurned in Catania was that public transportation is very difficult for understanding and using. Still was very convenient to be near the station. With bus from the central station also you can reach the airport in around 30 minutes. Overall I think that this place is just great in terms of value and comfort.
