The location is ideal for our needs, very close to family for a visit. The house is exceptionally clean, extremely well stocked for all your needs. Amazing selection for breakfast and afternoon tea. If there is a problem e.g. power cut, water leak in village, our host contacts straight away and arrives with bottles of water etc. Amazing service.

"Perfect little hideaway"

Everything. Location, cleanliness, attention to detail from shampoo and shower gel in the bathroom to sweets on the table when we arrived. It’s like home from home. Lots of towels and super soft.

"Hope she gets in to University here!"

We were using the property as a stop over as my daughter needed to visit Lincoln university. We searched for properties for 4 adults and came upon this gem. Parking, breakfast (more on that later) and 12 mins from the City and very reasonably priced. Directions were spot on and then a lock box for the key and the hosts explained they were 5 minutes away if we needed them. Upon entering the home was immaculate throughout. 2 bedrooms and lovely bathroom, then the open plan lounge/kitchen, here is were it exceeded our expectations. Not only was there a small garden, which we didnt have time to use, but the kitchen was well equipped with a coffee machine, milk in the fridge but in addition, breakfast was catered for with cereals, a fresh loaf of bread, pasteries, biscuits and in the fridge sausages and bacon along with drinks. We could not have asked for more, if she gets in to the University, we will stay here again

Im not easily pleased but everything about the property was fantastic. Every little detail was taken care of. The hosts went above and beyond to make a great time with friends exceptional due to the excellent digs.
