Top Floor Apartment

11 hours so you can imagine how tired we was, when we got in we went to try and go sleep but there was so much noise that we couldn’t even go sleep and when we were finally able to we spent the whole night being woke up by loud singing and shouting and screaming we had extremely thin covers that looked like they had already been slept in by someone else , then in the morning at literally 10:03am we where woke up to some woman letting herself in to our apartment and shouting at us to wake up . I just could not believe it check out is at 10:00am she did not even knock she just let herself in I just think this is totally unacceptable and a invasion of privacy my whole overal stay was horrendous would not be staying here ever again .

The message received from the property reassured me that any extra towels or bedding can be provided. They said „Please note that if you require any extra towels, bedding etc., we do have this available but you must request it from us before taking any from the understairs area on the ground floor.” However later, when I requested extra bedding as we had 3 people who needed separate bedding, I was told they will not provide that as they only provide two sets (one for sofa , one for the double bed). Pretty rubbish customer care. I was then told I am not allowed to cancel even tho they could not provide something we wanted from the property to be included , again, they have said in the first place that they can provide it!
