Alegria stone house

The view from the terrace was amazing. The room was nice. Distance to Elafonissi is about 30/40 minutes

A bit difficult to reach and in the middle of nowhere. Because of that the place is really calm and peaceful, but not the best if you want to reach a bigger city. The road in general is not so easy. The WiFi hadn’t worked for all our stay. Two times the power went off. The stove is really old and takes a lot of time to cook things. The shower absolutely need a curtain because water goes all over the bathroom when you shower. Be aware that there is a lot of ants, after dinner the kitchen and the floor was full of ants everywhere. The contact with the host was pretty difficult but he helped when the power went down (we have never seen him, just messages).

Le logement est parfaitement fonctionnel, le plus gros point fort étant la vue incroyable depuis le balcon ! Dépaysant et ressourçant, c'est vraiment le lieu idéal si vous souhaitez du calme et de la nature !

Wonderful view, very confortable beds, quiet and secluded. This was our second stay in the stone house, so we obviously like it. :-)

Everything was exceptional: wonderful and very quiet location, with a view that takes your breath away (wonderful to watch the sunrise or sunset), the house very carefully arranged and well equipped. The owner very welcoming and prompt whenever we had a request. We will definitely come back next year. Thank you for everything!

The house is newly renovated and boasts modern comfort in a traditiona stonel building at a picturesque location. The views from the open kitchen and the balcony are out of this world. The location is a bit off the grid but so is everything on the western coast of Crete (probably this tranquility is why you want to be there in the first place). Vasilis was really helpful providing insightful information about the place and the vicinity.
