Please note that an additional charge of EUR 20 from 20:00 to 24:00 is applicable for late check-in. "Check-ins after midnight are not accepted." "Early check-ins must be requested and agreed with the property and will be confirmed subject to availability. In any case, they will NEVER be available before 12:30 PM." If two guests require to sleep separately, one in the bedroom and one on the sofa bed, you must notify the property at the time of booking for an additional charge of EUR 50. Please note that an additional fee of €20 applies if a sofa bed for children is requested. Early check-in must be agreed with the property and will be possible subject to availability from 12.30 with a supplement to be paid at check-in of €20.00 in cash.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. Managed by a private host A deposit may be required at the property.
