Everything. This is the only hotel in Eastbourne we ever book! We love the location, the rooms, and staff. Staff is amazing! They are kind and helpful and welcoming, and frankly they do care! Which is such a breath of fresh air these days. Thank you ever so much for hosting us again!

It’s close to the sea front and town centre. Breakfast was 10/10 and staff were excellent.

It has a bad smell, the bed was super uncomfortable and it’s not very clean.

Location was just right for our visit to Congress Hall. Room was great having stayed at hotel on a number of occasions it was as we expected. Breakfast was as we expected hot and well served..

For the second time in a row I find I must complain about shower drain traps being clogged with hair
