Nice hotel. A lot of services. Clean regular but ok. Good price.

It all went well and we liked the free laundry, it's very convenient when you travel a long time. The place is quite well maintained and still new. Good value.

Hotel con un buon rapporto qualità/prezzo. Staff molto gentile e disponibile, infatti non essendo disponibile la nostra camera con finestra sul giardino, ci hanno fatto un upgrade con una camera suite molto spaziosa con letto molto comodo. Disponibile la colazione a un prezzo economico, ma che noi non avevamo. Unico piccolo neo, l’Hotel si trova su una strada trafficata, anche di domenica mattina, in quanto a Kota Bharu si lavora.

Hotel situated right behind the general hospital, and hence parking space was very limited. Recommended only if you have matters at the hospital. Staffs were very friendly and helpful. Ladies at the reception always had a smile on their faces. My room was believed to be unoccupied for a very long time. Bedsheets were dusty and there were mosquito larvae in the toilet bowl. Nevertheless, bedsheets were changed the next day when requested. My shirt went missing after housekeeping. They were not able to trace it and I had to let go. Facilities include water dispensers and a 24-hour eating/shopping area for simple meals and snacks.

Average experience, okay for quick stay

Tout était parfait. Propreté, personnel accueillant. Hôtel avec machine à laver et sèche linge. Merci.
