Wonderful apartment, amazing host, great location. Very well equipped home, clean and cozy. There is everything you need. The apartment is located in the centre of Kavala,very close to the restaurants, bars, shops and port. The private parking space is a big plus. Check-in and check- out is easy. Konna is very caring host. She recommended us places to visit, the restaurants, bars, beaches and the food to try. The best host we have. I recommend the apartment to anyone who wants to visit Kavala.

Our stay at Lavish Urban Living was exceptional. The apartment was spotless, well-equipped, and beautifully decorated. Konstantina was very friendly and approachable, eager to assist with anything we needed. The apartment was renovated with passion and quality materials, offering a sense of luxury and comfort. Its location was also ideal, close to local markets and attractions.

There weren’t really any aspects we disliked; everything was very well organized.

Spacious apartment, modern and very nice furniture, very good appliances, clean and located at just 5-10 minutes walk to center. Host was provided all info we needed before we where asking.

Noise from cars driving on the streets arround. Of course this was solved by closing windows as the flat is sound proof.

Luxury and stylish apartment with all you need inside, with high quality materials and two large terasse. The owners have waited for us at the location and help us with the luggages . We also Discover in the refigerator a bottle of wine and water. They send me on Whatsup all the best locations for visiting, eating etc in town and nearby. Location of the apartment is at 200 meters for City center. We Travel with a child ( 1 year and 7 month) and We have all the confort for all of us ( including baby chair ). You Find Parking in front of the house. The apartment is on the 1 floor with lift. The beds are very confortable.

I had an incredible stay at this new apartment in Kavala! The place is bright, spacious and equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Everything was clean and the modern amenities made it feel like a home. The location is unbeatable – it's near the center and conveniently close to key roads for easy beach access. The own parking was one of the top features, making it super easy to come and go. The host was friendly and went above and beyond to ensure we had a great experience. I highly recommend this apartment. P.S. There is great soap in the bathroom :)
