Siisti, rauhallisella sijainnilla oleva asunto. Alue ei liian turistinen. Kahviloita ja ravintoloita lähellä sekä ihana herkkukauppa alakerrassa. Parveke oli mukava lisä, vaikkakin näkymä ei ollut kummoinen. Pyykkikoneesta myös plussaa.

Isommat pyyhkeet sekä lattiapyyhe olisi ollut kiva lisä. Pientä parannusta esim. astioiden kanssa voisi tehdä.

El aire acondicionado

L'aimabilite, equipment pratique et bien pensé, un lit super confortable et tout espace bien arrange. La petite terrasse était très agréable. Proche du centre.

Tout était bien.

Super appartement très bien situé, pas trop loin du centre de Bologne pour visiter en partant à pied, belle petite terrasse très sympa pour dîner, prendre le ptit déjeuner, bonne literie, hôte disponible, accueillant, tout ce qu'il faut pour passer un super séjour dans cette magni ville italienne que ns avons adorée

Parking à côté mais très cher,

Das appartement und die Lage waren super. Netter Balkon und angenehmes Bett. Sehr zentral aber ruhig gelegen sehr nette Gegend mit vielen Kaffees und Restaurants. Unser lieblingsplatz war das Caffee corner. 5 min von der Unterkunft entfernt. Entfernung zum Zentrum ca. 20. Minuten fußläufig.

Der Vermieter hätte sich etwas mehr Mühe geben können. Kein Wasser oder ähnliches im Kühlschrank. Für die Kaffeemaschine gab es keinen Kaffee. Es gab für die espresso Maschine gemahlenen Kaffee . Ein paar kapseln für 1. 2 Kaffee wären nett. Es gab auch kein geschirrtuch oder eine küchenrolle. Die Handtücher waren zwar frisch gewaschen aber hatten einen komischen Geruch. Nett war das wir die koffer am Abreisetag länger im Zimmer lassen durften. Die Unterkunft ist super nett mit ein wenig Mühe wäre sie perfekt gewesen .

It was overall good, we spent just few hours there but compared to other places we visited, somehow we missed it to be more detail oriented and cuter. Our sheets were clean. Didn’t help we found some used sheets in the cupboard after the previous occupants. I believe this place is so busy it misses the personal touch.

This flat is a little gem perfectly positioned in one of the most beautiful streets of Bologna. It’s cosy, quite, well equipped, good AC and Wi-Fi. Cute balcony and fresh bathroom with good shower. Perfect for a stay in Bologna.

Unfortunately, the host/agent was very unresponsive. Already upon arrival (I arrived within the announced time slot) he did not answer the phone so I could not get into the building. After 10 min and no answer I rang the bell of another family and they were so kind to let me in. Much later he got in touch with no apology whatsoever. When I was not able to make the tv work he replied “it’s always been working” and did not read my reply for a couple of days. That’s not the kind of hospitality I’m used to during my frequent travels and this beautiful flat deserves a more attentive and customer friendly host.

It was the perfectly situated just outside the city center and the amenities were first rate. This property is a great value and also close to excellent restaurants and stores. The host was very accommodating!
