Hotel Ceasar Palace

Overall I liked the hotel. Staffs were very nice. Rooms were good. Food was good too.

Bed sheets and blankets could have been better. Bathrooms could have been stain free. For the price you are charging, we get other hotels there in Thodupzha with this kind of cleanliness with less charge. I booked this hotel with great expectation to stay in a clean room. It was overall clean, but not wat we expect from the pictures and they had such good review.

Limited items, but good Kerala style breakfast.

Tasty food, but the 4 nights i stayed in it was the same breakfast Poori & Dosa , only one variety of juice was available, Also breakfast could start at 7am not eight hence could not leave the hotel earlier for sight seeing Etc

Breakfast could start at 7am, Room service could start at 7am so that guest could have a hot cup of coffee in bed. Could provide toilet rolls , it ran out in the morning but was not replaced when the room was cleaned.

We visited Thodupuzha in connection with my daughter's state level CBSE competitions.We came late in the Evening and had to eave next day late in the night as per our train schedule. Booking.com was exceptional in forwarding our late check in,late check out request and got it approved. The stat was perfect,location heart of city,very good food available as Room service,safe fur families.Sagar at the front desk was very helpful and arranged a good taxi service for odd time travel. Nearby great food option available at Malabar hotel. Got to know that there are nearby tourist attractions which we couldn't check out due to our tight schedule. Some waterfall,hill station Vagamon etc is easily reachable.Spot is at the border between Ernakulam and Idukki districts and pineapple city Asians largest pineapple market supply comes from Vazhakulam.Thodupuzha city seems to be fastly expanding with all facilities available in big cities in Kerala.

Everything okay except for lack of swimming pool and other luxury facilities which actuall didn't matter too much.
