I loved staying at Caravan Serai Amour so much! I would always go back there when I am in Stonetown. It’s in the middle of the old town and the rooms are beautiful and clean! The manager and the staff are very kind and helpful, and there was even free water and tea for everyone. Thank you for everything!

We loved Caravan Serai! We visited for our honeymoon, and we loved how warm and charming the place is. The room was so welcoming, the hotel is clean and located right in the city center so it’s walking distance to all the popular attractions. Noreen and all the staff were extremely friendly and welcoming, working hard to accommodate all our needs. We requested a food tour and Mussawir, our guide, was fantastic and had us try the best of all the local cuisine! The hotel’s breakfast was great - we loved starting our day with fresh fruit, followed by delicious local pastries, eggs, and pancakes. Bonus points if Noreen makes her avocado salad! As a coffee lover, I was delighted to have fresh spiced coffee available all day. Overall, a fantastic experience all throughout, would definitely recommend and hope to visit again soon. The only minor issue we faced is that the doors are quite loud, so try to be mindful of how harshly you close the door so you don’t wake up the rest of the guests.

Noreen and her team were excellent hosts. The rooms and bathrooms were very clean with a beautiful aesthetic maintained throughout. The location was great for accessing the winding streets of Stone Town. Everything was very easy with this accommodation and host.

Breakfast was great and was made by the owner herself. Location very central. Owner was always concerned and took great care of us. Pricing seemed expensive, but u get what u pay for. Very homely like environment. We felt extra special
