underground parking for an additional fee

Location was less than a 5-min walk to Oriente station (downtown in 20 mins), restaurants and other north Lisbon attractions. Easy quick train ride to/from airport. Apartment was clean upon arrival and made for a comfortable station for our family.

Couple minor things such as lack of a few dishwasher pods along with outdated and limited kitchenware.

Location, especially if you stay longer and want to explore Lisabon and surrounding areas by public transport. Close to Vasco de Gama shopping center with Continente supermarket. Comfortable and Clean apartment in the nice building. Easy communication with owners. Direct and fast connection with airport.

On the hill and needs using stairs( shortest way) if you walk from bus/train/metro station ( hard for old people or young children)

The location, close to oriente bus and metro station and the mall at walking distance. We had some trouble finding the location and got lost in lisbon for almost 3h, Luis was kind enough to wait for us and guide us at the end, but this has nothing to do with the property. It has a dedicated parking so we didn't have to move the car the whole stay. The apartment is very clean, very well maintained and big enough. We enjoyed our stay and could definitely come back

Very closed to train station and big mall. It is easy to catch the train in the morning to visit other places

The place was located at hill which we didn't expect for this. You need to walk up to the small hill through stairs. Not good for my parent to climbing. The shop at basement of the buidling is desolate. Elevator inside the building was old construction.

The location - close to the metro (underground) which is heading both to the airport and to the city center. Also the train station - trains directly to Sintra. And also a bus stop with a line directly to the city center if you do not want to take the underground or you are heading to some other locations closer to the river. Also Oceanarium is within the walking distance - definitely worth a visit. And a shopping center is right under the train station. A cot for our baby was prepared and everything was very nice.

We have found out there might be the issue with the key - the key sledge on the door is not symmetric so if it is turned the other way you turn the key (even though it looked like it is properly sticked in). Very simple to solve (just turn the sledge) however the solution didn't came to our mind right away and I have called the host who immediately knew what the issue is :) So I guess (and also hope :-D ) we weren't the first ones who struggled.
