L'hotel è molto carino, ben curato e tranquillo. E' decorato in modo elegante, traditionale e anche moderno. Il servizio è favoloso. Il personale è gentilissimo, sorridente e molto disponibile. Il Direttore ci ha messo a disposizione il taxi dell'albergo per delle piccole uscite vicine. Il ristorante è aperto fino a tardi con cucina molto varia e molto buona. La colazione è molto ricca. La stanza è spaziosa, confortevole e pulita. Lo raccomando al 100%.

The rooms are well maintained and good wash room, linen, staffs specially their GM who at reception was very helpful to make us more comfortable and happy. Staffs are very friends and served with great smile. Food was awesome, we had man-chow soup and tofu’s &veg manchurian with fried rice, excellent. Value for money and very satisfying stay. Few days later on return i stayed in Hayat Centric, but Floreance is the best in always than Hayat. I missed your hospitality on return journey.

I liked the room- spacious, beautiful views, luxurious bed, great water pressure in the shower. I enjoy their new kids playroom for our toddler. The managers were quite helpful during our stay.

The staff in the restaurant could improve their customer service like asking for our needs and assisting bringing foods to our table. The pool was not functional during our visit.
