I got a call from the hotel after when I booked 2 rooms from booking.com, the manager told me that he is cancelling my stay coz I didn't make the online payment before.even when I opted for mode of payment at the hotel. They canceled my booking and told me on call. Worst experience and worst hotel. Also the behaviour of the manager was not right, the way he was talking was disrespectful. He literally told me that he can't hold the hotel room for me and will book for other customer if I didn't make the payment online. While I was booking the stay I opted to pay the payment after reaching the hotel and after looking the condition of the room as I was coming with my family. But they refused to wait for us to arrive and canceled my booking himself.
