If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been violated (e.g. smell of smoke, ash, cigarette butts, etc.), we reserve the right to charge a minimum fee of €200 for smoking. Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair usage policy for utilities will apply with an included limit of €80.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance.
