This is a newly built basement for only rent with darkness at hallway, not an apartment at all. And the house is located the end of hallway, which was made of wood, it’s very simple and not soundproof. Meanwhile, there is company office based on the small space with only one escaping exit. I think it’s not very safe for Fire fighting and accommodation situations. I only lived one night but not sleep well all night because there was a club or bar at nearby, it was very noisy. To be honest, at the most of countries, it must be illegal construction. I don’t know why it can operate for rent. I am not highly recommended this basement which make you feel unwell. All comments are true.

There is kitchen part available in the room. There were a wifi, but only with 1G of internet available.

It is in the basement, so unfortunately the internet connection is not well after that 1G of wifi. The bathroom could be cleaner.

A new room with essential facilities. Clean room and bathroom. Friendly staff. Hassle free cash payment. Accessible. Walking distance to the city center.

Well equiped, nice apartman, you have everething you need as a backpacker. Our host arranged loundry, communication went well, always got quick answers of our questions.
