The pool, the breakfast, the welcome drink!

Nothing to dislike.

All stafs are always kind and helpful . The sleeping bed is so comfortable. And the place is corner of village but it is definitely right place to sleep and relax

We couldn't see any negative things maybe we can say the hotel does not have an elevator.

Feels like home. Small, quiet, almost like bigger villa, where everyone felt like family. Our room was spatious, bigger than average room offered in such hotels. Good localization, near taverns, beautiful beach with spectacular sunsets, market and bakery close by. Very clean. You can feel the heart of the owners and that’s what matters the most.

Small, narrow, parking. Bit clunky toilet and shower, but nothing too worrying.

Everything was perfect there. Location , staff, breakfast, clean rooms and grounds. They even greeted us with a wellcome gift basket. Breakfast was so delicious. With lots of choices of cheeses, vegetables, fruits and of course freshly made bougatsa. Beach is right outside the hotel. The restaurants are 2 min away . What a pleasant stay . Thank you for everything! It’s really the best place to stay if you traveling to Neos Marmaras.

Quiet part of town, pleasent staff, parking space, swimming pool, clen rooms, and comfy bed.

Only thing is that breakfast can be with little bit more choices

It is a really nice place, 5 minutes max walking distance from the beach (where there are 2 excellent taverns + several beach bars). The beach is mixed sand and pebbles, but ok overall. There are markets (with pretty much everything you would need + local products) 1-2 minutes walk + various other shops (olive oil producer, honey, bakery) + another very good tavern on the main road. To Neos Marmaras there is a 20 minutes walk (which you would need after all the eating) to the port, the souvenir shops, any sightseeing places you would like to go to. The pool at the hotel is nice and very clean. There are tables and chairs in the garden if you want to drink a coffee outside.
