Location, food, staff, overall experience and value for money!

Overall nice! The linen could have been crisper. No major negatives.

It's a superb accomodation.There's WiFi,clean room,heater, cabinets,fridge,hot water in bathroom and the room size is huge. The breakfast is amazing.The staff cook extremely well.Was so happy with the breakfast choices during our whole stay. Closer to Balewadi stadium, restaurant,shops are nearby.Communication to bus ,auto is not a problem.

Didn't like the ground floor room because of the noise and bedsheets weren't clean.Wifi too is a bit shaky. Asked to change the room and the rooms at the top are much nicer and better.The bedsheets were clean.

Cleanliness was excellent . Location was very good..near Baner main road

Room was not having windows, so it was suffocating

Lights can be white in rooms

staff was very good and friendly specially the breakfast. The room which is provided had a desk that really good.Location is also very good bus and auto easily accessible.

Slow wifi

The hotel near to Pashan lake bird Watching Zone which is amazing. The room was clean and big with all the basic amenities. The staff was very help during my stay.
