Spacious rooms, cleanliness, car parking.

All good and as expected. Very friendly and helpful staff.

Carpet was a bit grubby.

Everything! No lift upstairs, windows were Velux type giving no ventilation. Desperately needed air conditioning but not even a bathroom extractor. No bar, no breakfast, fridge froze so water put in for a cold morning drink came out solid. Door lock was dodgy, noisy people on corridor and in car park. Bathroom floor was slippery when wet, my wife fell on this. Supposed to be WiFi but connection could not be made. Would I stay here again? Not until He’ll freezes over. The day before we stay in Birmingham for £28 less and had air con, a lift, a bar, a good breakfast

Spotlessly clean room and lovely female receptionist on arrival.

Great location. Room nice and bathroom vas very nice and clean.

Hole way was very smelly. When booking room breakfast been included in bill. On my arrival found out that the kitchen is out of service and there is no breakfast. Mislead.

Great reception staff, friendly and helpful before we got there when I had a query and just as accommodating when we checked in. Fab location. Value for money. Room spacious, only tiny thing I'd change is to have a shelf or space in the bathroom for your toiletries. Massive car park at the back as well as a smaller one at the front.

Nothing, would stay again

Really friendly staff, lovely room and walking distance to town, and if you like walking we walked back from our concert which took and hour. Had a lovely breakfast down by the canal. Would definitely recommend
