First and foremost - lack of air conditioning. The stay was unbearable! The fan was just mixing the hot air, what, in temperature almost 40 degrees was just unacceptable. Secondly, the water (literally was dripping not pouring). Not to mention times when there was just no water at all…Thirdly - no change of towels (washing machine was out of order unfortunately)

The host gave me a lot of information as to how to enter the property however, it made me nervous every time I entered or left the property, as if I didn't have a wifi connection to enable my phone to connect to the Vikey system, I wouldn't have been able to get in.

The property although overall clean had a lingering smell of cigarettes. I had to have the doors and windows open all the time I was in the property. I would recommend the host ensures it is 'aired' before new guests arrive. It would have been helpful to have local information as a document to read (not via whatsapp) about where to get the bus (which one) which mini metro station etc, location of supermarket. No matches in the property to light the gas cooker with. If you are not a smoker then you won't have matches or a lighter! Disappointing that the washing machine was broken - for a three night stay it would have been good to have a working machine. Noisy neighbours, watching TV to after midnight and clearly heard through the apartment walls
