Concordiamo in tutto quanto di buono viene detto nelle recensioni.. Appartamento molto recente, molto ampio, dotato di tutti i comfort, Buona la posizione in zona tranquilla e a 10 minuti a piedi dal centro e lungo mare Host sempre molto gentile e disponibile.. ci ha anche fatto trovare una cuccia e le ciotole per la nostra cagnolina.. Facilità di Parcheggio.. eravamo a dicembre e poche auto in sosta.. ma comunque ho trovato un danno alla fiancata dell'auto.. qualche incivile me l'ha toccata senza ovviamente lasciare traccia di se..

The property is simply amazing. You could easily live in it and we practically felt at home during our stay. The owner is also very kind and responsive. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this place.

Close to the city center and seafront. Owner was always available on WhatsApp. No problem with parking. Very good equipped kitchen, fast WiFi.

I prefer better cleaning, hopefully it will improve a little. No other minuses.

Clean, spacious and comfortable. Anything you could possibly need was provided. Francesca was extremely attentive and communicative.

Small problem with some sound from the street during the day (cars) but was not a problem at night.

Location just wonderful: in a modern 3 floor house at the to floor. Spacious & comfortable & beautiful & practical furnished. The city center with, old town and the beach are in walking distance. The communication with the host was friendly, welcoming, helpful. I was in February there, so I enjoyed there was a classical heating system, not just heating through the air condition. The facilities in the kitchen are wonderful to cook yourself. The bed and bed lining was really relaxing. Everything was nice clean. There is space for a really big family. The windows are very good to make the flat quiet. This is important as the street in front of the house can be quite busy. Just important for sensitive people. One little thing to be prepared: the yellowish color of the shower cabin is strange. It is clean but as for the color, it looks worn out…, I recommend this wonderful place & the host mostly. Thank you for being your guest.

Very spacious apartment with well equipped kitchen. Friendly and quick communication by the host. Self check-in and check-out makes it very flexible. Apartment is a short walk from the centre. Free parking in front of the building (during winter).

The apartment was cold when we arrived. It took a little bit of effort to figure out the heating as it was not very clear to us how to turn on the radiators via thermostat (the host was responsive to our questions which was helpful but I'd suggest to leave clear instructions for guests in the first place). Because it was cold, it took several hours for the space to become comfortable, it felt just ok but not great during the first evening.

Francesca's apartment is spacious and modern with all the comforts of home. It is in a great location, not only to explore Otranto, but the surrounding attractions of southern Puglia.
