The shuttle man was very flexible, helpful

So far from beach , room was not cleaned one day , shower gel not topped up , no wardrobe as the room small and narrow

I think the breakfast option could be widened, and people encouraged to explore the additional options for a small fee. I didn't discover the hash browns til the last day... I would have ordered them every day had I not been told we could only have the continental.

The food was nice, but not exceptional... the pina coladas were unbelievably good. Encourage people to find and use the strongest 'deet' anti mossie spray if they don't want to be bitten.

View from the terrace was exceptional, nicely furnished room, good restaurant at decent prices, transport to and from beaches few times a day. We really enjoyed the stay there. Hope will have the chance to come back for a longer stay sometime.

The setting and views were wonderful. Very relaxed atmosphere, Glenn couldn't do enough to help with his shuttle rides. Would definitely recommend

A little out of the way and had to arrange things around the shuttle, however this was very reliable which made it easy.

I enjoyed the food.

I have really bad allergies so I am not sure if the room wasn't cleaned properly because I found dust on the fitted sheet and requested for a clean one which then made me feel much better. The kitchen was closing too early. The frdige was empty as well.

Lovely views, but the location was a long way from Port Elizabeth. There was a shuttle bus with a very helpful driver who frequently took you into the Port. It was great for a 3 night stay.

The shuttle was very helpful to go back and forth to the town area. The staff was kind. The views were incredible. The property was in good condition and kept clean, but I imagined it was even better years ago. The continental breakfast included was just right to start the day. The food overall was good for what it was.

Some areas of the property and my bathroom could use updating. No closets and very limited space to hang and store things.

It’s on the top of a hill. Views are spectacular. This is the 5th time I’ve been there and will definitely be going again. Rooms are nice and comfortable. The hotel itself is a nice, intimate sized hotel, not overly full of people, so it feels like a home from home. The food is delicious.

Just a couple of things. The jacuzzi has not been available at any of my visits, as it is still broken. They need parasols at the pool, because it gets very hot on the Sun loungers. More importantly, the rooms have no information about what to do in a medical emergency/who to contact and how. If you are visiting from abroad and have a medical emergency at night (as I did) you have no way of getting help. Fortunately my husband had his vehicle and was able to get an ambulance to me, while my sister looked after me, and after a few hours in hospital, I was able to return to the hotel. I have highlighted this to the hotel management and they are addressing this as a matter of urgency.
