Very clean and nice. Owner very communicative and accommodating.

One room was supposed to have two beds and only had one which caused someone to have to sleep on the couch.

Very convenient and located close to the Main Street in Helen. The property is a decent size. All normal amenities are available although they are very worn in. AC works well.

The property is very dated. Most furniture is very well worn in and almost at the point of breaking. Lots of visible wear and tear in the property. All mattresses sink in the middle. The property needs a full refurbishment and furniture upgrade from head to toe. Lots of lights and lamps don’t work, bedroom in the basement had a toilet leak from above, and stained ceilings. Kitchen countertop is bubbling, not enough toilet paper or towel paper for a property that houses up to 12 people. Games are all missing pieces, and hot tub has no lights.

It’s a lovely place very comfortable and clean. I’ll stay in again and recommend it.

The dishwasher, washing machine and dryer were full. The cleaning should take the thing out before our check in.

The location was perfect for the tubing and shopping. Beautiful area around the house. Nice, quiet and peaceful.

Some of the beds are a little stiff, but some guests might like that.
