Hotel was really clean and staff really nice! Amazing room view! The breakfast was very delicious and varied. I loved it very much. Everything was great from cleanliness, comfort, delicious breakfast, and great service! Location was great too. I would recommend this hotel very highly.

Nothing, everything was perfect!

The support staff was excellent- going above and beyond to help us. The offerings for breakfast were amazing with options for all parties to choose from. They were accommodating, even opening the restaurant for us so we could gather as a group.

We were a bit confused about where to go to get to the hotel itself. The people downstairs were not really helpful. The pics on the site included pool and sauna - those were not available. I think it needed to be made clear that there are several entities in the building and what to expect.

The hospitality of the staff was amazing. They went above and beyond to ensure that our needs were met. The host was very accommodating for my group. She even ensured that we had something to eat as we had an early flight on check out day. This was noteworthy.

On booking they showed a pool and sauna. None of these were available at the property. We were travelling with children and this would have been an added bonus for them. This is actually why we chose the hotel.
