Beira Mar Apartment

The location is very good. just second line from beach front. The bed and pillows are very comfortable. The place is clean. Hot water pressure is very good. There are nessesary amenities. The Flat is very big and quiet. I felt comfortable to stay in (save the issue with humidity i refer below). I would suggest that to put lock in the main bedroom's door so you feel more secured if you travel along.

Humidty in the master bedroom and there was mold in one corner right above a/c so the air from a/c smelled mold . I travelled in March and it was very rainy. But i trust the problem rather of construction. probably during summer time the situation is different but if you are sensitive to humidity think twice ). The kasseroles are outdated and grazed - so i had to buy a new one.

Tiago fue un anfitrión excelente. Nos ayudó en todo momento y estuvo pendiente de nosotras al 100%. La ubicación era perfecta, no se oía ningún vecino (nos alojamos en diciembre), era espacioso gracias a su terraza cubierta y a la terraza exterior y lo mejor de todo: pudimos alojarnos con nuestra mascota, una pequeña mestiza de American Bully con Bulldog Inglés, pagando un pequeño extra. Obrigada!

La limpieza podría mejorarse un poco.

Die Lage zum schönen Strand ist wirklich sehr schön gewesen, in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß ist man entweder am langen Sandstrand Praia da Rocha, oder ein kleines Stückchen weiter am Praia dos Três Irmãos mit tollen Felsformationen. Nicht weit entfernt sind mehrere kleine Shops, wo man an und für sich alles bekommt, was man bspw für ein Frühstück benötigt. Außerdem hat uns die große Terrasse sehr gut gefallen, abends hat man einen recht schönen Blick auf die beleuchtete Stadt. 2 Bäder und Schlafzimmer zu haben war ebenfalls sehr praktisch. Der Checkin und - out hat auch super geklappt und war sehr freundlich. Von der Ausstattung her, hat das Appartement eigentlich alles, was man braucht. Sogar ein Geschirrspüler und eine Waschmaschine sind vorhanden (und haben gut funktioniert). Allerdings müssten viele Dinge mal durch etwas Neues ersetzt bzw ergänzt werden, bspw. das komplette Kochgeschirr, Geschirr, Gläser, Tassen, Kochmesser usw. Der Abzug am Kochfeld funktionierte leider gar nicht und war recht unsauber. Insgesamt hätte alles ein wenig sauberer sein können für unser Empfinden. Andererseits muss man hier natürlich auch den günstigen Preis pro Tag betrachten (wir haben im Oktober nur 45 Euro pro Tag bezahlt).

Es hätte alles ein wenig sauberer sein können. Einige elementare Dinge (v.a. in der Küche) müssten dringend erneuert werden. Ein 2. Satz Handtücher wäre gut gewesen, da wir 10 Tage vor Ort waren. Ebenso wären Mülltüten und ein paar mehr Tabs für den Spüler etc gut gewesen, sowas möchte man eigentlich nicht auch noch kaufen müssen.

Wasn't the cleanest, but OK

Loved the apartment and location to beach. The pool left a lot to be desired.The apartment had everything you could need except for a change of towels and a change of sheets.

We did not like the pool area. It was not what we expected. The area was small with either 5 or 6 sun loungers which appeared to be chained to the area they were placed. We decided the beach was a better option for us.

Some dishes were dirty, even with mold. There were also some cockroaches wandering the apartment
