Pls Booking.com needs to confirm n reassess before putting on any hotel or apartment into your site. I ran out of the shower room, almost got electrocuted. The shower shocked me while holding the shower hose. There's only one switch controlling tv, bathroom, central lights ++

"I stayed overnight , and staff are very welcoming"

The staff at the reception did not know that I have a confirmed booking with the hotel. Communication was very poor. The staff tried their best and were very welcoming and accommodating.

The hotel wasn't clean at all, the kitchen was dusty and the bathroom was not in a very good shape. The price I originally booked for was changed and I was told to pay higher price which totally damaged their reputation. Staff at the property seems okay, but the management may need training
