Calm quiet area

A lot of unpleasant things. We were not ready to check in when we arrived - the owner simply did not know about our visit. The room was not cleaned and we had to wait until it was cleaned, this was at 7 pm. The owner does not respond to messages in the application. There was no hot water in the room, it was not possible to wash after the road, it was terrible, the water was heated by the sun.The bed linen has not been washed and smells like the previous occupants. Cockroaches, praying mantises and geckos were encountered in the room

The rooms are spacious and clean. We got lost, and the owner came to pick us up at a different hotel. The dinner is served at a separate restaurant and was delicious. The owner was friendly and accommodating. Thank you :)
