They charged me 3 times for only 2 nites.

Had a horrible time will never be coming back and am informing all friends and family members to not stay there. Will be leaving as many 1 stars as possible for them to their methods. Check in at 4pm but then have to check out by 11am the next morning. Was not told about complimentary beach badges until after I had called for the 3rd time to check on the process of my room (mind you I had already paid for passes on the beach). Asked for a reimbursement to which I got faces made at me. Was charged 800 bucks for 1 NIGHT!!!

The location was great, the pool was awesome and the aesthetics of the property were very cool.

They seem to be working some kinks out still. Our toiletries were empty and we had to go get refills from the desk ourselves, the remote didn’t work, we didn’t have enough towels and our room wasn’t made up during our stay.

The location to the beach was excellent. It was a short walk which is a bonus with kids. I loved having access to the pool which was kept clean and had plenty of chairs. Also, there are restaurants in walking distance, convenience store and a great ice cream place across the street.

Our room was street side so it was quite noisy. Also, we were on the third floor which had a really bright light on the balcony (only the top floor has them). It was too bright to sit outside at night and we had to hang clothes on one side of the curtain to block the light when we slept. I wish there was an option to turn them off, or maybe have those bright lights turn off after a certain time?

I liked the modern-ness of the facility. The staff was helpful when I had trouble with my TV. It was also a nice touch to provide beach badges, beach chairs, and boogie boards to guests.

I didn't like that the pool wasn't very clean at times. It definitely needs to be skimmed regularly. It's also quite unfortunate that there's not an ice machine.
