Kind polite and understanding people, Good Hospitality.

Parking is difficult. Need to walk a bit to reach the property(but manageable)

Excellent view from the window on the surrounding hills. Good wifi. Friendly staff.

Bathroom was good

Very bad experience from there. We were booked for 4 adults, but when we reached they have provided only one coat. When shouted they told will provide extra bed. That means the remaining two people should lie on the floor. They could have told this at the time of booking or even at the time of collecting advance payment. Very bad experience from there. Never go there anymore.

The cottage and stay was very good, especially the staff, Mr. Ramraj is the owner of the cottage and his wife both were very soft and provided us with everything we asked for, and they have their own jeep, if anyone wants jeep Safari at munnar they will provide it at a very reasonable price, I specially recommend Ammu kutty's cottage for stay in munnar if anyone wants to👍💯 And the only issue is hot water 😅 They provide us in the morning and evenings, and they said it will be resolved soon. And rest was perfect 😊
