My stay was great; the apartment was clean and comfortable, and the place was quiet.

The only downside was the lack of a pool heater, no internet, and a golf cart would have been useful.

Jebel Sifa is currently the nearest resort town to Muscat and is quietly pretty, with beaches both north and south (approx 4km away), but not actually in this place. As a resort, you have a series of restaurants (that sell alcohol) and it's all very laid-back and spacious. Pretty in an artificial Venice kind of way. The rooms were big and simply catered for. Because of the Natiolnla day holiday, it was more crowded than usual, and the prices went up accordingly. Overall, a good stay for a family, with the heated pool being a bonus.

The Google Maps location is completely off. Don't bother with it, as it will take you to someone's farmhouse off road. I have never been able to understand this kind of woolly thinking, as it doesn't serve anyone at all and just adds to the hassle of checking in, which turned out to be rather simple. The rooms were spacious and reasonably well stocked for basic cooking. What I did not like was the repair work going on at 9pm, with hammering and drilling in the corridor just as we were about to go to bed. Any, for what it's worth, we had no wifi for the whole morning. But we did have a steady run of people coming to try and fix the router all morning, as we were trying to get ready to check out and have our breakfast. Bascially, the check-out was completely runined by bad admin! We eventually left at 10am (2 hours before standard check-out time) because we had had enough of people bothering us in our apartment trying to fix a router. Shame really, as the place is really quite picturesque.

The staff are very good and helpful. The location is the best, the wonderful balcony overlooking the marina. Everything is a few minutes' walk from the apartment. We got access to the hotel's swimming pool, which is just below the apartment. I strongly recommend dealing with Wateera properties.

The swimming pool is just outside the balcony, the area is peaceful and there are many walking paths around.

There is no control of the swimming pool, so people were swimming with their clothes on, and a group of people were really loud late at night. There was no security around.

Quick response for requesting air-condition maintenance, location is very good and rooms are large with super large balcony overlooking the marina.

somehow it is hard to find the location of the accommodation by car or walking, but not a big deal since the host will guide you.
