The Terrace Villas Serviced Apartments

Beautiful building in a great location. The staff was very helpful and accommodating. They were very concerned after my elderly mother.

The heating in the apartment was either too hot or too cold, but that comes with an old building

We didn’t get a breakfast

It was very noisy with rush hour traffic starting at 6:30 am. We did not stay in the house which is shown on the site but down the street. It was a hassle to pack up your garbage up to the main house and dispose in bins. Parking was expensive

Location was great. Staff were so helpful. Comfort and everything provided was excellent.

The climb to the villa is something to consider, would be a challenge for some.

The property was clean. comfortable and functional and its location was better once we discovered how to use the lift in the James Cook Hotel to get down to Lambton Quay and the Waterfront. The bistro recommended on the street map was superb.

Sadly, the property was always in the shade so was colder than we would have be liked.

Central location, didn’t need to drive.

No outside rubbish bins.

Zentral gelegene Unterkunft; die Stadt ist fussläufig gut zu erreichen. Parkplatz kann dazu gemietet werden.

Der Parkplatz liegt für diese Unterkunft ca. 200m entfernt auf der anderen Seite der vielbefahrenen Strasse.

L'emplacement est parfait, literie agréable

Un peu vieillot dans le style des meubles , manque d'un extérieur avec deux petites chaises pour profiter

Fantastic views, lovely clean rooms, nicely prepared. Duane was a star with helping us check-in and out. Great team member!!

Everything was great

Spacious, comfortable, central, good beds, good kitchen, ..

Payed parking was a bit tedious. Toilet did not always flush (water container sometimes did not fill)
