Location and and coziness. Feel and comfort of the lounge. Distance from town and on site parking. Communication regarding late check in was good.

Furnishings and Facilities OK

Beds were so soft and spongy. Sank a long way down when you went to get in. Pillows very soft that they folded around your face. Paid by Debit Card but got charged Bank Surcharge. Not given any chance to change payment method. Booked for Apartment and Parking. Received a confirmation for both. Day before arrival was notified to pay an extra $30.00 per day for parking.

"Great accomodation. Good location on the map - but topography makes it a challenge."

Size of rooms. Ample quality facilities. Very comfortable bed. Good sound proofing.

The long steep walk up to The Terrace from Lambton Quay. No free Sky Sports. No air conditioner (not a problem when I stayed / but climate change is making summer months hotter).

Clean. Well equipped kitchen. Comfortable living area. Reception staff were helpful.

Noisy location with steep walk to amenities like restaurant and shops. Reception was located a short walk away so difficult to get assistance with booking taxis, asking for refills of soap etc
