Нет шумоизоляции вообще. Номер не готов, администратор - девушка делает ошибки и потом сидит с обиженным видом

Alles war neu, modern und schön eingerichtet. Gute Kochmöglichkeiten. Bequeme Betten. Nettes und hilfsbereites Personal in der Rezeption.

Außenanlage teilweise noch nicht fertig (Baustelle). Defekte Wasserkocher. Duschbrause war undicht. Parken nur auf der Straße möglich (kein eigener Parkplatz).

The apartment block is new and has most of the necessities. What was missing, staff tried to deliver upon request.

The staff was motivated to help but only one person spoke English. the location is in a completely new area of town so there are no restaurants or Cafés. The only solution: delivery services or cook at home. Also you also need to take a taxi to go anywhere since public transport is very rare.

Το ξενοδοχείο έχει ωραίους χώρους και είναι άνετο. Το προσωπικό εξυπηρετικό. Η περιοχή ήσυχη.

Το πρωτο δωμάτιο δεν είχε καθαριστεί και οι πετσέτες ήταν χρησιμοποιημένες. Ζήτησα αλλαγή και αφού μας ζητήσαν συγγνώμη, μας βάλανε σε άλλο δωμάτιο με καθαρα σεντόνια και πετσέτες άλλα πάλι οι χώροι δεν ήταν καθαροί. Το κατάλυμα έχει όλες τις προυποθέσεις να είναι καλό αλλά χρειάζεται σοβαρότητα στον καθαρισμό.

Этот апарт отель великолепен. Чисто, уютно, есть все необходимое, чувствуется забота о постояльцах (даже порошок стиральный положили). Персонал приветливый, на все запросы реагировали сразу (доп подушку, постель и тд).
