Two rooms were suggested when I entered our details when booking. But one family room was sufficient when we arrived. We were sold two rooms and we were refused a refund on the unused room. Fully self operated with a key and deposit box. We never encountered any staff.

Expensive, basic and impersonal. Heating did not work.

The walls are so thin, I was kept awake for hours from noisy neighbours.
