the host has not answering the phone, they were rude, check in was 3.5h late (almost 18:30), the house was not clean, there was mold in the kitchen, hair on the bed and in the bathroom, the wardrobe doors were not closing, even had a few cockroaches.

Could not have a bath as the bath plug no working when u close it the water was still going though. No kettle would be nice if they have a kettle.

The shower doesn’t have any curtains or anything to stop the water getting on the floor. In order to use the shower you have to take the head off the holder.
