The house is located in a lovely quite street and surrounding area. Close to the town centre of Blairgowrie which you could walk to. In an excellent location to explore the surrounding area which is beautiful. The house was small but equipped with everything you would need for a break away. It was clean and comfortable. The instructions for check in and check out were good and communication with the hosts was easy prior to arrival. The host also gave recommendations regarding places to eat, points of interest and activities which was very helpful indeed.

Such a well equipped little cottage. Absolutely beautiful bedding, large towels and comfortable lounge area. Everything needed for a stay for a few days or a few weeks. Location was excellent with general stores within walking distance. Main town centre a 3 min drive away. Louise and Ryan are lovely people who have provided and maintained a wonderful accommodation.

I love the decor and the beds were really comfortable. Also, I really like the aroma diffuser used in the property. Louise, the host, is very quick to respond to messages and a very lovely person.

Not a big issue but the washing machine is a little bit noisy. So I would suggest not running the washing machine throughout the night. Otherwise everything’s great!

Location good. Parking no problem. Clean property.

Photos do not show how tiny kitchen is. No room at all for storing groceries.Micro wave had to be carried through to use.A freezer compartment would be useful but only had a fridge. Had to have suitcases open on landing as no wardrobes in either room. Just no hanging space. Bathroom ok but shower door leaked and soaked floor. Dilapadated lean to attached to house that had broken windows and uneven floor. Seemed dirty and unsafe

Gorgeous little cottage in beautiful surroundings. Everything you need for a stay in Scotland. We self catered and the kitchen was perfect. Host Louise was great, we accidentally left a camera battery in the cottage and she sent it on to us.

Everything was fantastic.
