Este ok apartamentul ca și minus apa calda după ce o lasi 10 minute abea vine la dus și căldură în 2 zile nu a pornit caloriferele

Nu fu ctioneaza căldură 2 zile am verificat non stop ambele calorifere și nimic în schimb un aer condiționat în gen zona de luat masa poți da pe căldură dar nu anjunge în camera categoric ar merita o centrala termica în rest este ok ca garsoniera

Pat confortabil, bucătăria cu toate accesoriile necesare, liniște.

Parcarea se ocupa des de alte mașini, apa la duș se încălzește cam greu.
