チェックイン時にトラブルが発生し、1時間近くもフロントで困っていたところ、スタッフの方がずっと見守ってフォローしてくださり、なんとか解決できた。疲れ果てており、夜も遅かったため、本当に有り難かった。
エレベーターがないため、重い荷物がある場合には階段をのぼるのが少し大変だった。

チェックイン時にトラブルがあり、夜も遅かったため疲れ切っているなか困っているところをスタッフの方に助けていただいた。1時間近くホテルフロントで困り果てたが、スタッフの方が状況をずっと見守ってくださり、より良く対応頂けて有り難かった。
エレベーターがないので、大荷物だと上の階に上がる際に少し大変だった。
