Great customer service from the staff. The room and bathroom were clean and comfy. The price was very competitive too

No TV, microwave or fridge in the room.

"Not what we expected"

The room on Booking.com said an executive room of 58m2. They do not have such rooms. All rooms are small. That is okay, but not if you sell them as spacious rooms. Bathroom was very small and we were unable to shower without making an absolute mess. We had one towel. At night, the guard was watching videos with maximum volume and in the lounge staff were were watching other videos with maximum volume, making it difficult to fall asleep. Not top bad considering the price, but have definitely had better value for this price.

"Overall experience was wow"

Rooms are very cozy and clean , Mr paul is very friendly and staffs are cooperative. Best place for office work. Close to city center.

Restaurant food was good as I ordered pizza.
