Hód-Thermal Camping

Perfect for families, very close to the pools, includes access to all the spa complex, very clean, the staff is more than friendly, new mobile homes with good facilities, free parking, close to the city center, supermarkets and beautiful parks nearby. We enjoyed every minute of our stay.

The camping is really nice. Maybe the children’s pool should be renovated a little bit, but all in all it was a great experience.

The host at this venue went above and beyond to help me and my family. My friend who lives there was allowed to gain access during the day to place items into the chalet we wrre staying in. They provided basic items soap and washing liquid, toilet roll, bedding and towels for the 3 of us. I contacted the place to update them that I would arrive late due to a delayed flight. It was past midnight and the gentleman was waiting for me. Escorted me and my family to the place where we were staying. Showed us around. Helped with luggage, as the kids were tired. Everything was amazing the kids loved it. It was calm green, beautiful and clean environment.The spa and pool area where amazing, we went every day. I couldn't believe that we had access to the facilities with the price i paid There was a park just outside the gates. They had football pitch volleyball area within the leisure facilities. Hit springs indoors and outdoors. Splash area, a swimming pool and an Olympic size pool indoors as well as outside. The kids loved it. We went at a time when the outdoor slides and splash area were closed till may June. However it didn't impact the stay or what we did. Everything was within walking distance. Shops restaurants. It was cheap and I was shocked at the price of things. If you forgot something you could walk to the local spar and buy things. I took the kids to the circus while there. If there was issue concerns the support staff were available and open to listening. Making changes and l take on what was being said. I love the shower room, the bed was massive and easily could fit 3 maybe 4 people to sleep easily. Plus the sofa bed. I could quite easily live there full time and I will be going back next year. When they have the other areas of the leisure centre open. Like the slides and outdoor splash area. I honestly can't believe how cheap our stay was. It was cheaper than booking a hoilday in the UK. We are looking forward to going back next year.

That i didn't have a oven in the room, lack of cooking equipment. Wasn't aware till a day or 2 later that there was a fire pit outside that could be used. However I also didn't have the equipment to use that. The cooker hob was useless. Took 45 mins to cook and egg. Doesn't have a smart tv which is annoying so didn't get to watch tv as we do not speak the language. It's OK if you do though. There was no broom in the facilities. It's OK to stay there a couple of days but a week with only a dustpan and brush is not good. However I did and have discussed all my concerns with the host. They were very open to listen and make changes that are necessary for the best of the people who stay there in future.

We went for a concert in town and we loved how helpful everyone was when we checked in and out. We really enjoyed to rest, relax and recouperate the next day after the concert, in the warm thermal water. The latte in the reception area was great!

We did not realize that we will not have a shower inside our room. It was not a problem, we had access to one downstairs, but this did not seem very clear when we booked.
