Khamara Beach Resort

Die Unterkunft war ganz neu und einfach nur schön. Die Ausstattung der Zimmer ist modern und warm, die Aussicht auf das Meer traumhaft. Das Hotel hat einen kleinen Privatstrand und ein eigenes Restaurant mit leckerem Frühstück. Zudem war alles äusserst sauber und das Personal extrem freundlich. Wir wären gerne noch länger geblieben!

The staff was so friendly and tried to fulfill all my wishes, it was very clean and quiet. The pool is nice and you can relax by the beach as well.

Khamara Beach Resort is a clean, modern property. We stayed in upstairs villa room, the view was fantastic.It is situated directly on the beach and also has a pool. Staff are very pleasant and helpful, food and drinks are great. Snorkelling off the beach is good and there are nearby places to take you on diving or snorkelling trips.

We wasn’t bothered by the road noise, mentioned in other reviews and didn’t use the earplugs provided, but it could be a problem if you are a light sleeper.

Very special place. Not a private resort as such as the main restaurant and restaurant front beach seating area is open to the public with the accommodation either side. But the accommodation have their own private beach seating areas and the large new block of rooms (just built to the other side of the 2 wooden villas ) offers amazing rooms. Very large rooms with huge plush bathrooms, awesome showers. Amazing beds 14 inch high mattresses Everything is brand new and been very well thought out. Incredible location right on the beach overlooking Mount Agung on Bali. Restaurant 11/10 for quality and value and you MUST take the breakfast option with the room as it is Al A Carte Menu NOT buffet. Great cocktails. The food was better than Pina Colada restaurant up the road which is highly rated but not as good as here. All staff amazing, all greet with big smiles and care about you having a good time. Komang the Manager was awesome and organised all our trips which were perfect and great value and with Bintang on reception made the stay perfect. The staff are constantly cleaning the beach, pathways and restaurant lounge areas so really 5 star quality.

Noise from street in early mornings

Sehr schöne Lage direkt am Meer mit toller Aussicht. Die Anlage ist gepflegt und ruhig, die Zimmer sind sauber und komfortabel. Besonders gefallen hat uns die entspannte Atmosphäre sowie das freundliche und hilfsbereite Personal. Insgesamt ein sehr angenehmer Ort, um ein paar Tage auf Nusa Penida zu verbringen.

Mir fällt gerade nichts ein.

Both supper and breakfast were delicious. The staff was friendly and obliging. The location, right on the beach, was amazing.

Sadly, we left two days early, simply because of the state of the beach, which was public and therefore not maintained. My take: the beach next to the hotel was small and with all the young, eager staff, a daily clean up of that beach could be organized. It wouldn't solve the issue entirely but it would make the area much more appealing for swimmers. A shame to have that beautiful setting too dotted with rubbish to make swimming possible. For this reason, and the number of stray dogs on the premises, I question the 9.4 rating on Booking.
