I have now stayed here three times and it is exceptional as I always leave early in the morning Hugh made a wonderful home baked breakfast roll for me to take which I really appreciated Always enjoy my stay here can’t get any better

This was a perfect stay , everything we wanted and more , so relaxing from start to finish , made to feel so welcome, nothing more could have been done for a better stay

The owner Hugh.was very helpful and friendly.gave us directions to the venue we were attending . Even when i had to wake him up to let us in because i left the key to the appartment in my car which was left at the venue it didnt phase him at all . Breakfast was exellent home made bread jam & marmelade.

You entered the appartment through the bathroom which we found strange but it was not a problem. bed was very comfortable. It is a working farm so lot of sheep and chickens roaming around the yard . Would certainly stay again.

Relaxed but very efficient approach. Excellent breakfast. Animals roaming free.

Parking/access - less of a problem in dry weather. Entry from outside directly into shower room.

A beautiful place to stay, with a feeling of being "home." The garden view room was extremely large and a large bathroom! Upon arriving we were welcomed really nicely by Hugh. The room was extremely warm, and clean. The bedding was clean, and fresh and the mattress topper was to die for comfort wise ! I was very grateful of the coffee station in the morning before a lovely walk to see the horses, and see the sheep and chickens outside. The breakfast was absolutely beautiful. Fresh, not greasy at all and proper Lincolnshire sausages that cut so easily and tasty eggs and beans! It was such a treat to have gorgeous home made warm bread as we came into breakfast! Genuinely the nicest bread I have ever had and I have stayed in some extremely premium places over the years that cannot compare to this bread ! It got the approval of my partner who is a Farmer himself so we can vouch for the meat ! Honestly, the only thing- if anything at all -would be installing a smart tv in the room rather than the non smart as it isnt Netflix and prime accessible if staying for a period of time. However, we found two brilliant films on normal tv and if you factor in everything offered for two people for this incredible price- which honestly is less than you expect to pay for a meal out- its more than acceptable if no smart tv access. Perhaps its actually what we all need more often, a reminder to slow down and not be so quick with the tech! The room was lovingly decorated with vintage pieces and I enjoyed looking at an old album on the windowsill and love the shabby chic decor/vintage farmhouse. Thank you.

Breakfast was very good. Very quiet location. Customer service from the owner was excellent throughout our stay.

Bed was uncomfortable for us, but we have found this is very often the case when travelling if you compare it to personal / home comfort.

Lovely light and airy large room with en-suite. Hugh is a great host. His breakfasts and home baked breads are excellent

Wonderful friendly host full of interesting stories. Fantatic cooked breakfast included. Very quiet area. Room was basically a small cottage to itself. Friendly sheep.
