They are all cheaters , they didn’t allow us to stay , even we had talked over phone . And we drives 12 hrs to reach the hotel

It's a dingy place with no lift and the sole room /rooms?? were on the 2nd floor. We did NOT stay there. The approach way/ staircase to the 2nd floor was worst than a roadside filthy poorly maintained public property buildings
