Convenient location to Texas Tech

The room windows opened to the Logies parking lot. There was light coming into the room all night and no curtain to block it out. The last time I stayed we had water in the room. This time no water. Reservation asked how many were staying 3. Guess how many washcloths we had, 1. Breakfast, why do you put American cheese in the eggs? You could make it more appetizing by making just eggs. Breakfast is free, but the meal is questionable and in my opinion offensive. The email confirmation and site stated that parking is $7. There was a paper sign in the desk that said $9. I have a $30 charge on my cc. Also, this isn’t a busy city with parking garage. It’s just a parking lot. Maybe give us a tag to make sure we’re hotel guests but the charge? There’s no security, gate or doorman. I’m not sure why it’s a Hyatt. I thought the name represented a certain standard. At the bare minimum, not met. Staff were kind, friendly and attentive. The hotel quality was ehh.
