It's a cozy homestay with a very friendly Japanese hostess. The aparment is actually a very spacious 2 storey house. There is a kitchen. It is located off a big road, so it's really calm and quiet there.

-Wifi was reaching the bottom room OK (but there's no aircon there), and in the top room it was hardly reaching at all, forcing you to sit near the window if you needed to do something on the internet. -Downstairs there's a lot of furniture, but upstairs there's only a bed and a small wadrobe. I would really appriciate if there were a desk and\or a сommode, as well as a couple of chairs. Also there is a balcony, but there was only one chair there, so would be great to have a small table and a couple of chairs to sit in the evening. -The tap in the bathroom was hard to manipulate and is located really low, so you really need to bend to turn it on or off. The shower hose was too short for me (I'm 1,96m) so the shower head could only reach my shoulders if I stood straight. And there was no place to fix it to the wall on the needed height, so I had to hold in in my hand while taking a shower. - Althought there was a kitchen with a gas stove and a kettle to boil water there, I would really prefer to have a small electric kettle. It usually boils water faster and heating water with gas heats the room a lot too.

Great value for money. Big space. Great location.

Quiet, spacious room on two levels with a kitchen and a balcony, this place is a real gem.

The staff were so kind and friendly. The room was always so clean. Best Homestay in sanur!

Just the water heater maybe a bit old, the water coming from it got a smell of rust and a bit yellow
