My experience was fabulous! The condo was clean, comfortable and in a good location. This was my grandbaby's first trip to Myrtle Beach and I was extremely pleased with everything. Would strongly recommend this spot to others and I'm sure I'll try to stay again in the future.

The condo was perfect for our beach trip, it's very close to the beach and right next to the pool, and the restaurant on the property is very good too. definitely worth the stay!

"A Comfy Home at the Beach"

We liked the location. The room was as close to the pool as possible. The home was only a short walk to the beach. The security in the community was good. I like to get up early and walk/run. I felt safe. We had plenty of room for our family of five. The beds were comfortable. Our youngest daughter thought that the VHS TV was cool. The community was family friendly... More relaxed than some places that we have stayed at.

The kitchen had the basics. The cookware was pretty worn. The handle fell off of one of the spatulas while I was cooking. I left a new one in the drawer. 🙂 Renters are not allowed to use the gym.

"Close to everything but be prepared for bugs."

I loved the property and how close it was to the beach and how it was off the main road but 5 minutes from everything.

The owner of the condo tried to work with us in solving the bug issue, but she didn’t give me a discount or anything when nothing was resolved. There were hundreds of small bugs crawling out of the window sill and ruined all our food left on the counter. I even asked for bug spray to take care of it myself but nothing happened! I got bit by a pincher bug in the master bed. We had bugs all 4 days even when she said someone would come on Saturday and they didn’t resolve the issue. The owner just responded “well the people that stayed before you didn’t say anything”, which is not an appropriate response. I’m not responsible if others don’t notify you! And she said I was complaining? Sorry that I don’t want bugs biting me when I’m sleeping! One of the bed spreads felt like it had dirt or sand on it and we found old French fry bits under the pillows! My husband had to sleep in a different room from the family he needed to be in there with. So we paid over $700 to room with bugs.
