Giant, very comfortable bed, lovely, newly decorated, modern and spacious room and bathroom.

No waste paper bin in the room Only a tiny bit of toilet roll, so had to track down a staff member late at night to ask for more. On being checked in, I had settled in the room when a lady (assuming staff) used the keypad outside the room and walked in on me.

Central location, friendly staff , clean room, comfortable bed, decent shower

Very loud music from early afternoon Needed a rest and didn’t get one The code system for getting in was complicated and the writing on the card you were given was very small - super stressful when it didn’t work first time

Clean and handy location for town. Car Park over road.

The room was lovely and beautifully decorated. Spotlessly clean room with all amenities needed.

The communal areas where you access the rooms from are tired looking and let the place down a bit as it isn't a true representation of the beautiful rooms.
