Location was perfect for Palermo and the apartment was spacious, quiet and had everything we needed as a family of four.

Super clean, super cool place. Location was great. One Of the best places I have ever been.

Spacious, modern, clean and central.

Upon arrival, we tried to contact the owner. He didn't answer the phone, and the phone number listed on the house wasn't available at all. Later, he started responding via WhatsApp, only through messages (perhaps he doesn't speak English?). He informed us that they have an electricity problem and asked us to wait. We went to a nearby restaurant, and after further messages, it became apparent that they probably won't fix the issue. He offered us alternative accommodation on Booking.com, which we were not interested in. If he had informed us in advance and not let us come all the way to the place, we would have saved both time and money. Communication with him is really poor. Even after 12 days, the owner has not yet returned my money. UPDATE: It's been 20 days and no response. Have to claim my money through booking.com.

Location could not have been better. Right in the mix of the old town but quiet enough when you wanted to retire. all fittings were of a high standard

Couches in lounge area are extremely low and uncomfortable. Very little storage space in 2 downstairs bedrooms

Very hard to contact ,wi fi not accessible,parking was difficult ,only one shower between 4 guests and shower head broken

I have stayed in Palermo a few times and this is the best apartment I’ve stayed in. Spotlessly clean and very modern, just off Via Maqueda, with everything you need. I won’t stay anywhere else in Palermo now.
